A Recipe from Marcia Geelhood - a Woman of Knox Presbyterian Church

- CHICKEN CURRY -

1 pkg garden spiral pasta (cooked & drained)
2 cups cooked chicken breast pieces, cut up
1 pound fresh broccoli, chopped
6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 pound red seedless grapes
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 tbsp finely copped sweet or dill pickle or relish
1 cup halved, salted cashews
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise ( or half mayo, half plain yogurt)
4-6 tsp curry powder
1 tsp black pepper
2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco ( optional)


Instructions:

Mix together.
Mix curry and spices in mayo before putting on the salad.
Let sit overnight and add nuts just before serving.
