•Highlights of the meeting included the Ordination and Installation of four new Elders, during worship on February 18. Scott Ennis was ordained and installed, and Linda Rice-Johnston, Jim Lecky and Steve Pida were installed, having been previously ordained.

•We voted on a corrected active membership number; our correct membership now stands at 99, corrected from the number reported in the 2006 Annual Report, which was 100.

•Items that were voted on and approved, included the receiving of a special, supplementary offering for the Deacons’ Fund, on March 4; this is in addition to the offerings scheduled for the first Sunday of each quarter.

•Approved the continuation of Knox’s involvement with the Wesley Seminary’s student-intern program, for the two year period of Fall, 2007 through Spring, 2009.

•Approved the holding of the “Easter and Spring break VBS”, from April 2-6. (Galilee-by-the-Sea)

•Session approved the circulation of a new job description for the hiring of a part-time “Children and Family Ministry Director”, in conjunction with our transformation efforts and the grant money received from our Presbytery.

•Session committee assignments were made, and the Session will discuss possibilities for re-aligning our committees at its next monthly meeting on Monday, March 19.
